HOW DO I APPLY FOR A TRADE SITE ?

 

Interested in having an stall this year? Here are a few important rules to consider and how to apply.

Trading hours are 10am - 9pm Saturday and 10am - 3pm Sunday. ALL traders MUST remain open for trading during those hours and must attend BOTH days. Please note that all traders will need to stop trading between 3pm and 4pm on Saturday to allow staff to clear the grounds ready for next session.

Each site has 15amps of power and you will need to bring your own light to plug into that for Saturday night if you have an outdoor site. Extra power may be purchased if required.

The trade site applications are available now. The show office staff require a postal address so that they can send the forms and conditions of trading to you. You can also download the application forms from further down this page under trader resources. When the paper work arrives please READ all the conditions CAREFULLY.

You will need to provide a copy of your certificate of currency for public liability insurance with your application.

Prices for the two days of the show are:

Outdoor site

3m x 3m   =     $150

6m x 6m    =    $210

9m x 9m    =    $280
 

Stadium (indoor) sites vary in price from $200 - $330 depending on size & place in the stadium. A map showing sizes and prices is posted with the application forms.

There is no guarantee that any application will be accepted as applications are forwarded to a trade site committee for approval to trade and site allocation. We try not to have too many people selling the same thing so that everyone here gets a chance to make a profit. With your application please provide as much information as possible about what makes your product(s) different. If you have an attractive setup, please feel free to forward a photo of that as well.
