As well as exciting rides and fun entertainment for all the family, the Whyalla show features a large variety of both local and out of town traders. With so many stalls selling a variety of goods the Whyalla show is a great place to find something special, have some tasty food, or to just enjoy browsing the many unique products each trader has to offer.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A TRADE SITE ?
Interested in having an stall next year? Here are a few important rules to consider and how to apply.
Trading hours are 10am - 9pm Saturday and 10am - 3pm Sunday. ALL traders MUST remain open for trading during those hours and must attend BOTH days.
Each site has 15amps of power and you will need to bring your own light to plug into that for Saturday night if you have an outdoor site. Extra power may be purchased if required.
The trade site applications are available now. The show office staff require a postal address so that they can send the forms and conditions of trading to you. When the paper work arrives please READ all the conditions CAREFULLY.
You will need to provide a copy of your certificate of currency for public liability insurance with your application.
Prices for the two days of the show are:
3m x 3m = $120
6m x 6m = $180
9m x 9m = $250
Stadium (indoor) sites vary in price from $200 - $330 depending on size & place in the stadium. A map showing sizes and prices is posted with the application forms.
Judo pavilion sites are 3m x 3m = $100
There is no guarantee that any application will be accepted as applications are forwarded to a trade site committee for approval to trade and site allocation. We try not to have too many people selling the same thing so that everyone here gets a chance to make a profit. With your application please provide as much information as possible about what makes your product(s) different. If you have an attractive setup, please feel free to forward a photo of that as well.
